Successful Investor in People re-assessment

PTF is proud to announce the retention of our Investor in People accreditation after successfully completing a re-assessment by Quality South East. The Investor in People quality measure ensures the company working practices are structured to inspire business performance. This delivers high levels of performance from our staff which in turn attracts and inspires our members.
The final report issued by Kate Butler, Investors in People Assessor, highlighted strengths such as team-working, investment in learning & development and an emphasis on ideas and innovation.
In Kate’s report the PTF employees were quoted as saying:

"I am praised when I do a good job"
"We are always maximising (staff) development opportunities. There has never been a valid request which has been turned down"
"They always have an answer and always have time for me"
"My manager allows me to make decisions but is there for support if I need it"
PTF continues to embed its’ philosophy of "Attract, Inspire and Retain" throughout the organisation. This instils positive behaviours for employees in all customer facing roles.
