PTF successfully wins the contract for a Reading Head Office fitness facility

Personal Touch Fitness have been carefully selected ahead of its rivals to plan, implement, launch and operate a fitness facility for one of the largest employers in Reading.

The fitness team on site will be carefully trained and coached to maximise the achievements of all the members in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The main gym will be equipped with the latest technologically advanced Cybex equipment. Each piece of cardiovascular equipment has it’s own personal TV and the iPod connectivity enables the optional use of Nike Plus functionality. The strength kit capitalises on a compact footprint by using multi-function mechanisms to get two or more exercises in one machine.
A first for Personal Touch Fitness will be the introduction of an X dream bike from Trixter. The handlebars and gears enable members to have a full body workout without even realising it. Couple this with built-in virtual simualtion which gives the user a choice of worlds, bikes and hundreds of race variations.
A range of well being services will be offered to meet all employee needs. These include a variety of studio classes and courses as well as a selection of treatments and remedial therapies.
